On the nose

ABÉCASSIS VSOP Grande Champagne reveals a magnificent complexity. The nose opens with a delicate scent of sweet spices, with a lot of finesse brought by the freshness of its menthol notes. 

In the mouth

The palate offers an elegant attack evolving on a subtle woodiness carried by very silky tannins. Balanced on spices and dried fruits, the finish reveals a great mineral freshness already present on the nose.
